Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with your purchases from Tau Scientific Instruments. We will accept returns of unsatisfactory merchandise within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided that the products are undamaged and in resalable condition. Contact us in advance of shipping any return product. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Proof of purchase is required.

Tau Scientific Instruments cannot accept returns of products that have been customized. In these cases, we will make reasonable efforts to address customer inquiries to ensure that the product meets the agreed upon specifications.
